Terms & Conditions

Parents agree that by enrolling in our program they are allowing their children to participate at their own risk.

In agreeing to attend a Jungle Sports program I:

  • Release and forever discharge Jungle Sports from all claims that I may have or may have had arising from, or in connection with, my child and a Jungle Sports program; and
  • Indemnify, will keep indemnified and hold harmless Jungle Sports, to the extent permitted by law in respect of any claim as a result of or in connection with a Jungle Sports program.

I warrant that my child has not at any time suffered blackout, seizure, convulsion, fainting, dizzy spells or any other medical condition and is not presently receiving treatment for any illness, disorder or injury which would render it unsafe for my child to take part in a Jungle Sports program. I have read and I consent for my child to participate in a Jungle Sports program and understand the risk involved and further agree to be bound by the Jungle Sports Code of Conduct and operating rules.

I acknowledge that Jungle Sports uses its best endeavours to ensure that the equipment and sporting facilities used in the program are safe and fit for purpose and acknowledge that all sports are inherently dangerous. I have voluntarily read and accept the inherent associated risks. "Jungle Sports" means all directors personally and in their capacity as a director, partners of directors, agents, and any representatives of Jungle Sports. "Jungle Sports Program" include all programs and activities that you or your child participate in during our courses and classes. This includes but is not limited to any organised sport, training, facilities and activities provided by Jungle Sports.

Timetable Changes

All classes are subject to change. While Jungle Sports uses its best efforts to operate classes as per the timetable published on this website, in some instances changes are required due to fluctuations in demand. No guarantee is made that classes will run per the timetable. Any changes required will be communicated to those affected prior to the date classes commence.

Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in our classes, you are committing to a service contract for a complete term. We will happily offer a class credit on any missed classes for something that is outside of our control. i.e - a sick child. We offer a trial class ($10) to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our program prior to enrolling for a full term.

Make-up Class Policy

If your child is unable to attend a class, a make-up class may be available. We cannot guarantee there will be availability in all classes. A maximum of three (3) make-up classes per term are available. Make-up classes can be carried over to the next term if agreed by Jungle Sports and no credit is available for classes missed. To book a make-up class, please call our customer service team on 1300 383 050 Mon-Fri 9am-4pm AWST or send an email through to info@junglesports.com.au

Uniform Policy

Jungle Sports has a uniform (shirt) available for purchase at all venues and online via the website. These are not compulsory to wear but we think they look pretty cool!

Fee Payment

We only take bookings for an entire term and our fees are structured this way. If you join mid-term you will only be required to pay for the classes remaining that term. Unfortunately, we cannot take casual bookings or pro-rata weeks you may be away. Please refer to our make-up class policy for missed classes. All fees must be paid before the commencement of each term. If fees are not paid by this time your child may not attend any class.

A 15% sibling discount applies to all enrolments after your first child. The discount will be automatically calculated at checkout and applies on the class of the lesser value. To be entitled to the discount, all siblings must be booked in a single transaction for the same term.

Parental Participation

Parents and guardians are required to be present for the duration of each class. Jungle Sports is not a registered child care provider and is not therefore licensed to care for children without parental or guardian supervision.

We require parental participation for the Jungle Cubs (18mths - 3yrs) classes and the Jungle Explorer / Lions (3 - 6yrs) classes to maintain class structure and focus. In many instances, classes are more beneficial for participants, and run more smoothly with the involvement of parents or guardians.

In the unlikely event that your child requires first aid during our classes, this will remain the responsibilty of the parent.

Sibling Policy

Siblings of enrolled children are not permitted to participate in Jungle Sports classes. However they can certainly come down to watch the classes. And if you need to attend to them, then the coaches can assist your other child for you.

Photography

From time to time your child may be photographed or video'd whilst undertaking a Jungle Sports class. Such media might be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to reproduction on the Jungle Sports social media platform. By enrolling in the Jungle Sports program you agree to such use by Jungle Sports. Parents are not to take videos or photographs that include other children in the class without the permission of that parent/guardian. If we are going to be taking photos / videos of the children during a class for promotional purposes we will notify you before doing so. And if you do not want to participate in these, that is absolutely fine.

Food & Drink

We ask that you please do not bring food onto the courts during the Jungle Sports classes. A majority of the facilities in which we operate our classes also ban food from being consumed on the court or playing arena.

Our classes are structured to include drinks breaks and we request that all children bring a drink bottle with them to each class.
